The VP of Business Strategy and Operations will play a key role in partnering with the GM of Adobe’s Consulting, Customer Engineering, and Customer Success business to develop strategy, GTM, and cross-functional strategic priorities. The VP will lead the operational cadence across the Adobe Customer Solutions (ACS) organization, driving operational excellence, transparency, and accountability. You will be a trusted partner who will drive strategy and innovation for ACS and serve as the point person to drive the coordinated execution of key cross-company initiatives.

This leader will serve as the GM’s proxy in leading cross-functional alignment and execution for Adobe’s company-wide roadmap and go-to-market programs, as well as the prioritization and development of future-state programs and initiatives. What You’ll Do

Lead the development and execution of ACS Strategy and Go-to-Market, including marketing for ACS. Be jointly accountable for Consulting and Ultimate Support growth targets, along with Regional GMs.

Work with ACS sales and delivery teams to ensure high-quality execution and continuous feedback on GTM strategy effectiveness. Maintain market/competitive analysis.

Lead initiatives and work across teams to inform decisions related to annual planning, investment strategy, prioritization, and other ongoing business priorities, enabling insights and decision-making velocity

Lead cross-functional global initiatives that drive alignment and develop projects that scale at a global level, inspire change and achieve results

Drive operational efficiency throughout the ACS organization

Partner with other members of the ACS leadership team to set and lead priorities, proactively suggest, define, launch, and drive operational initiatives

Partner with finance on operating budget planning across the organization

Lead staff meetings, partner meetings, and strategy sessions; work across teams to drive preparation for and lead quarterly operating review meetings (e.g. QFR, QBR, QPR, etc.); represent ACS GM in influencing C-suite executives across Adobe What You Need to Succeed

Demonstrated success in defining and implementing strategies and GTM programs

Consistent track record of delivering results with large-scale, cross-functional projects and leading multiple complex projects simultaneously

Confirmed ability to build an effective strategy for global teams and work with senior executives and partners

Demonstrated leadership in driving senior-level cross-functional operational planning and business and product reviews that are effective in managing the execution of plans

Ability to connect the dots across teams, insights, and initiatives

High tolerance for ambiguity and the ability to create structure and execution plans where there were none while working in a fast-paced environment

Senior leadership experience in business strategy, product operations, and leading change at scale

Proven strong EQ, positive energy, and organization savviness

Ability to influence C-level decision-making

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $339,700 -- $639,300 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
